• Highway Longitudinal Drainage and Flood Studies
• 12 month backlog of work from Transport Group's RTA projects
• Support in the management of this team of 6 Water Engineers
• Mentor and Train the juniors
• Lead and Project Manage Drainage projects with your own team
• No Business Development Expectations
• Use programs DRAINS, TuFLOW, Mike, 12D
• If you have 2d modelling experience with packages suck as Mike 21, full in-house training will be provided on TuFlow

Project manage and coordinate medium to large water resources and hydrology projects within this water group of 25 in Sydney. With a strong focus on modeling, build your people and management skills as you are handed small project teams to complete smaller jobs within the projects. This will put you in good stead for future technical leader or management / leadership roles.

Basis of position:

• Hydrological, hydraulic and floodplain modeling
• Develop Floodplain Management Plans, Surface Water Management Plans
• Planning & Execution for abstraction/dewatering and discharge of water at mine sites
• Develop Dewatering Management Plans for construction works at sewer mains
• Reconstruct/model drainage networks using XP-Storm for roads
• Hydrological and hydrogeological investigations
